And in today’s world of instant information and an internet full of ‘experts’ it is so hard to know what truth is. If you’re like me, trying to provide safe and healthy choices for your family then you’ve also experienced the barrage of new labeling, reformulations, and confusing advertisements. I’ve been there – reading all the labels of words so long I couldn’t begin to pronounce them much less know what they were, or if they were safe!
